1) Eggs- especially the yolk, which are full of skin clearing selenium, zinc and proteins . It contains almost all vitamins and skin proteins to keep collagen and elastin fibers supple, making them a true skin super food. The lecithin found in eggs also helps repair skin tissues.Eat eggs in moderation 1-2 eggs a day give better resuts.

2) Garlic- garlic contains high amount of antioxidants, vitamin A, vitaminC, Carotene, and selenium and boost the levels of antioxidant enzymes in the bloodstream, which is great for the skin. Regular intake can cure skin blemishes and ailments.

3) Indian gooseberry- It is one of the richest source of vitamin C antioxidant. It also contains vitamin A which keeps skin young and elastic. Drinking indian gooseberry juice on regular basis can brighten the complexion and offsets the sign of ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation. It also cures acne.

4) Tomatoes- Tomatoes and tomato products enable your skin to take in oxygen, delaying aging and wrinkling. Tomatoes give clear skin and revive the glow on dull skin. Tomato juice contains a lot of vitamin A and C. It regulates secretion of sebum in oily skin.
