Fruit Facials are preferred but what if you get facial massage with fresh fruits?
I am sure you will love to pamper your skin with pure stuff which is effective, natural,  chemical free and least expensive.
We all are aware of the fact that fruits are full of nutrition , if used on skin it not only hydrates and rejuvenate skin but with its aroma it de stresses muscles .

Here are a few fruits and their properties, choose what suits you best!

Bananas are extremely nourishing for the skin, because it contains Vitamins A, B and E and hence it works as an anti-aging agent it is a rich source of iron, potassium and magnesium.  Potassium helps to soften the skin. It also tightens and tones the skin. Bananas can be made into a pulp by simply  mashing  it and then applying on the skin keeping for 10- 15 mins. or it can be added to face packs. It also gives instant glow.

Lemon: a fruit easily available throughout the year. It is loaded with vitamin C.  With its vitamin C content, its juice will keep your skin beautiful. A glass of warm water with a tsp of honey and a dash of lemon juice on an empty stomach every morning is a great skin cleanser. It has astringent properties,  which helps lighten the skin tone and also diminish acne scars. Rub the inside of a lemon peel on your elbow remove dark spots. Mix lemon and honey and use it as a natural bleach on your skin.

Apple: Apple’s antioxidant property prevents cell and tissue damage. Studies by nutritionists have shown that apples contain abundant amounts of elastin and collagen that help keep the skin young. Applying a mixture of mashed apple, honey, rose water and oatmeal can act as a great exfoliating mask on your skin.

Orange: Rich in vitamin C that improves skin texture. Like apple, orange too contains collagen that slows skin aging process. Rub the insides of orange on your skin to tighten the skin. Like lemons, the orange is also rich in Vitamin C. The fruit pulp can be included in fruit masks. Orange peels can also be collected and dried in the sun, then ground into a powder and added to face masks. It has a cleansing and gradual skin lightening effect. Orange juice can also be added to masks for the face and hands. In fact, raw orange and lemon peels can be rubbed on the nails to remove discolouration. Orange peels rubbed regularly on the hands can help to lighten skin colour and also tighten the skin. Like lemon, oranges too help clear skin blemishes.

Papaya: Papaya is rich in antioxidants and contain a special enzyme called papain that can kill dead cells and cure skin impurities. A glass of papaya milk or just applying the flesh of papaya on your skin can do wonders to your skin.

Mango: The mango is rich in Vitamins A and C, which helps in toning and rejuvenating the skin. It helps to delay the visible signs of ageing of the skin, and also has a softening effect on it. Mango pulp can be applied on the face to keep the skin soft and supple. It is suited to all skin types. It is an anti-oxidant and used regularly, it can reverse oxidation damage.
The soft pulpy fruit has an amazing effect on skin too. Rich in vitamin-A and rich antioxidants, it fights against skin aging, regenerates skin cells and restores the elasticity of skin.
