8 Fruits to apply for healthy skin

Hey ladies What if you are not getting enough time for Parlour. Now with little effort you can make your skin look perfect too.

Yes believe me it’s with little effort, what you all have to do is just use the ingredients sensibly on your skin while cutting or chopping them for your dishes. For eg while cutting tomatoes for soup , take a little slice and rub it on your face. Or squeeze the lemon on salad and leave a little drop to rub on your face .

Here is a list of fruits and vegetables which if applied on skin can benefit the skin and is not at all time consuming and the best part is that it is too economical.

1.     Potatoes- Potatoes are a natural under eye brightener and so applying potato juice or potatoes directly can banish dark eye rings. Potato juice if applied regularly can give you soft skin which will be blemish free, clear and healthy. It keeps wrinkle at bay and keeps dead skin away. potato juice provides relief when applied on skin with rashes, Itching Sensation and Insect/Pest Bite. It also lighten the skin colour. Simply grate it and squeeze to extract potato juice or rub the pulp and leave on your skin for atleast 15- 20 mins.

 

2.     Cucumber-  due to abundance of antioxidants and silica present in cucumber it has the ability to fade dark circle, improves skin color, rejuvenate skin, relieves from sunburns. It also helps in tightening open pores.

3.     Tomato-it’s a super healthy food. Tomato juice if applied on skin can tighten the open pores. It provides clear radiant skin. It has astringent properties due to which it has the power to wash off extra oil from the skin deep inside the pores.

Cut the tomato in two halves just squeeze the juice and apply it with a cotton ball and massage gently into skin using circular motions. Leave on the skin for about 15 minutes to one hour. Then wash your face with water.

4.     Papaya- An enzyme papain present in papayas can kill dead cells and can cure skin impurities.

5.     Banana- Apply  mashed banana on your skin for about 15- 20 minutes and then wash and see the glow, you will be surprised.
Bananas are rich in vitamin A, B and E and hence works as an anti-aging agent.

6.     Lemon-lemons are known for skin whitening. With its astringent properties, it can be used to lighten the skin tone and also diminish acne scars. It is applied on elbows to remove dirt and lighten the pigmented skin.

7.     Mangoes- mango pulp when applied on skin can fight against skin aging, regenerates skin cells and restores the elasticity of skin.

8.     Orange juice-Rich in vitamin C that improves skin texture. Oranges contains collagen that slows skin aging process. It tighten the skin and makes the clear skin by reducing pigmentation, dark spots , acne spots and blemishes.

So now what are you waiting for just pour few drops of juice on your palm and apply on your face. Remember these fruits and vegetables are the ingredient of various expensive creams . They are really beneficial for skin. Eating

fruits and vegetables

are definitely a better option but external skin care is important too.
