3 step Basic Skin Care

Skin, our largest organ needs some extra care to be healthy and look healthy. Skin needs external care along with correct nutritious food. Being beautiful is much more than just a diet. It’s a lifestyle.
With time skin shows signs of ageing and if not kept clean and hydrated these signs can be seen too early more over pimples, acne, blackheads, patchy skins all can appear on face if the skin is not properly cleaned and taken care of.

3 step beauty regime- Cleansing, toning and Moisturizing ( CTM) done twice a day specially at night time can do wonders to your skin. They can protect your skin and revitalize it.

So here is the way how to perform 3 steps before you hit the bed-

1) Cleansing-

wash your face to get rid of dirt, pollution, germs , oil, sweat , make up. Cleansing makes the skin breathe by stripping off the waste which piled up on the face. It helps in improving blood circulation.
Use gentle and natural cleanser according to your skin type (dry, oily, combination skin). Today different products are available in market you can check your skin type and can get the product accordingly.

 

2) Toning-

mist it spray toners on your skin and then gently wipe . Choose a gentle toner containing natural botanical cleansing agents. Try to choose alcohol free toners.
Toners are designed to remove cleanser residue, salts, chlorides, and chemicals from tap water that may dehydrate the skin.
Rose water is an excellent toner.
Toning is an important part of daily skin care because toners helps to maintain skin pH levels. It balances the skin after using cleanser on it and before moisturizing on it.

 

3) Moisturizing -

The third and important step. You can ignore to moisturize your skin in morning but can not afford to moisturize it at night time. Our skin repairs itself at night. When we go to sleep, skin start its healing process. It regains its elasticity and glow again. So moisturizing is must and should be again done with the cream which suites according to the skin type. Moisturizers increase the skin’s hydration (water content) by reducing evaporation, thus makes skin soft and supple.

So next time before you go to bed time and just after you wake up, don’t forget to Clean, Tone and Moisturize your skin. CTM are the key components to maintaining healthy, youthful skin.
