Ingredients required

Sprouted Green Gram -1 cup

Fresh carrots-2 (grated)

Grated Cabbage- handful

Capsicum -1 medium sized

Cucumber -1

Green chillies -2

Finely chopped ginger -1 tsp

Half a lemon

Salt to taste

Oil-1/2 tsp

Method of Healthy sprout salad
Heat  a non stick  pan put a tea spoon of oil add sprouts and cook for 2 minutes without covering it.cool it.

Finely chop capsicum and green chillies.

Cut cucumber into small cubes and leave it for sometime. Drain excess water.

Mix grated carrots, grated cabbage, finely chopped capsicum, cucumber, sprouts and salt together in a bowl.

Heat 1/2 tsp of oil and season with green chillies and ginger.

Squeeze juice of half a lemon and mix everything.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Healthy Sprout salad is ready to be served.
