Here are tips to be happy and laugh-

  •  Surround yourself with things that brings you joy and happiness- indulge yourself in the activities you enjoy. Keep good memories close to your heart and bad memories to fly away from your surroundings. 

Keep photos of memorable vacations, family reunion, kids pictures  or some funny or wacky pictures around. A glacé of  these can offer a momentary reprieve from the daily schedule.

  • Eliminate or cut back on negative influence- it is important to be aware of world and local news but remember not to expose yourself to a steady stream of horror, violence, tragedy. Instead of this try watching some comet shows, light movies of your choice which can make you feel happy or listen to some nice music of your choice.
  • Look for happiness around

If you are stuck in a traffic then don’t make an issue try to enjoy it, look to people around. Look how they are making faces try to enjoy each moment rather then stretching the stress all the day long.
