Is soy milk a good substitude?

sy mikSoy milk is  touted as a good source of proteins people who gave up milk redilly switch to soy milk as a substitute. But it comes with it’s downside.after soy milk is processed it loses its goodness and does not carry the same benefits as whole soybeans.Soybeans contains potent enzyme inhibitors.these inhibitors block uptake of enzymes which the body needs for protein digestion. The kidneys have hard time flushing it out of your system. Soy milk also builds up sludge in the system, and can leave you feeling bloated and gassed up. 

Limit your intake to fermented soy products like miso and tofu as fermenting deactivates these enzymes and make digestion easier.And for people trying to lose weight, these things are best avoided completely.
