The Power Of Positive Thinking

Positive thoughts breed positive result.

Power of positive thinking-
We all keep on motivating others by saying “Think positive” but how many of us are really positive in life?
Positivity in life is one of the best and important asset one can possess . Our thoughts can be positive or negative. Thoughts depict the efficiency of our mind. Slowly slowly in life we become what we think. If we feed our mind with positive thoughts then we can surely gain success, good health, happiness, wealth and good relationships but if we have more negative thoughts in our mind then we will be surrounded by failures, stress, worries, pain, isolation and many disease.
Before starting on acting something we create a thought, which can be positive or negative. I’d like to share with you an example of how one small thought can turn your feelings and others too.

On Saturday I have to attend a school function with my youngest sister. Normally I spend my Saturday evenings with my friends. Now the thought of attending a school function with my sister is quiet horrifying. I have no other option. Till Saturday evening I didn’t talk to my family nicely as they imposed this duty on me. Then, in evening I took her and on the way I kept yelling on her which made her upset. On that day she had to perform a dance but she was so upset that she couldn’t give her best performance. Now my negativity affected her thoughts too. If I would have been positive and had taken that as a chance to see my sister’s performance LIVE. Then I would have been good to her and have encouraged her to perform well and this would made me a proud sister but my thoughts discouraged her.
Our thought affect our lives. 

Positive Thinking?: If you have any question in your mind of whether or not you are a positive person, it means you definitely have room for improvement.

Here are some basic things you should start doing if you want to be more positive:

1. Think positive- As there are two ways of seeing a half filled glass, so is every situation of the life. We need to be optimistic in life. The movement we start thinking something pessimistic , we need to stop and take a deep breath and think the opposite, POSITIVE thought.
2. Smile. Smile can help change mood and relieve stress. It makes mind feel lighter because it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown. So worry less and giggle more.
3. Stay connected with positive people- Optimistic people will make you positive and negative people will fill your mind with negativity so detach yourself from such people who are negative and can make your life stagnant and miserable.
4. Do things that make you happy- It is very important to be happy in life. If you are happy only then you can see life with optimism. Happiness will create positive thoughts which in turn will make you a better, stable and happy person who is fit to face challenges of life.

Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

5.Disregard and replace negative thoughts with positive ones- When Negative thoughts come in your mind quickly start replacing them with the positive thoughts. Start thinking about the beautiful things and good people who influence your life.
