Essentially we need to understand that we are important .We have given enough to society and family. Now its the time to relax take a back seat and enjoy. We don't need to do big things which can leave a mark or a big impact, you can find the worth of your in quiet ways, small moments and simple gestures. The only thing you need to remember is that you have to have a positive approach towards life. Think positive. This is the time when you can have plenty time to cherish your life , you can-do things which you missed to do because of lack of time. Now you are free to wander around, use your imagination and indulge in things just for the sake of doing them.
As adults we had a lot of stress, obligations and commitments but retirement is the time of freedom. Freedom from daily pressures. Now no more excuses to indulge in our favourite passtime.
Infuse your life with a purpose. You are worth it.
